We had a good time here, the place was pretty clean and the staff was awesome - so friendly and efficient! the location was convenient too, not far from Lille, a grocery store, and the Mercure metro station 🚇.

The stay was absolutely very positive. The property was exceptionally comfortable with amicable staff. The location was fantastic, very close to the metro so easy access to Lille, in the nice surrounding area.

the location for tourcoing was great and incredible, near the town centre, mercure metro stop and the metro station `` mercure ''. the rooms of the hotel were quiet and functional with bath.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, quiet, and include a shower, overall, no complaints.

Corridor is noisy due to the doors of rooms closing with a bang.

The location was fantastic, being very close to the metro station and my room was quiet, functional, and exactly as expected with a bath and shower.

The family room we booked at Comfort Hotel was perfect for our needs, with two rooms connected by a door. We loved having the option of a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offered electric car charging, which was convenient with our hotel card. We also appreciated the proximity of two supermarkets nearby. The check-in experience was pleasant, thanks to the friendly and helpful male staff.

Service, food and cleanliness were excellent.

Our room was very small and the style of decoration was very unpleasant.

Staff were fantastic. In particular the young man on the reception desk the day we checked in. Apart from being most courteous and efficient during check in, when my partner asked him for directions to get to Lille centre he printed out a Metro map and marked up the staions we needed. He also gave her a Lille street map and showed her the areas to find restaurants etc., then he took us to the hotel car park to show us exactly where the Metro entrance was.

Breakfast could have been better, maybe we were just unlucky in our timing, but many items were in need of replenishment (including crockery) with over one and a half hours remaining until breakfast servings ended

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our romantic escape. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring.

. The electrical sockets in our room were hanging off the wall, which was not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous.

Comfortable, clean, pleasant staff, conveniently opposite Mercure metro station (Lille metro is very efficient!).

Shower temperature varies wildly, particularly in the morning, presumably due to changes in water pressure with other users using their showers. Breakfast egg-boiler not put on early enough, nor filled with hot water from the start - takes over an hour to heat from cold!

Weather very hot/warm ...No air conditioning in bedrooms. With window open for fresh air.... traffic noise was very loud. Very strong smell of air freshener in bedroom corridor.....?? Normal Tariff increase for the weekend ..... ???? due to it being Braderie de Lille 2011.
